ABOUT

Across Conference emerged from a vision born within the Northern Plains District of the Acts2day Conference of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church. As the Northern Plains District experienced significant growth in 2010, it became clear that the churches within the region required more focused and localized support.

Reverend Hector Andrade, then Director of the Northern Plains District, recognized this growing need and felt a distinct calling to establish a dedicated Conference, funded by the churches within the District. He took a bold step of faith, relocating to Minneapolis, Minnesota, to plant a new church and initiate the process of uniting 35 churches to form this new entity.

After years of dedicated effort and strategic planning, Across Conference officially launched in April 2018. This momentous occasion was marked by a three-day event, bringing together pastors and church leaders from Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, and the Dakotas (North and South).

Across Conference is committed to providing focused support, resources, and fellowship to churches across this region, empowering them to thrive and expand the Kingdom of God.

HÉCTOR ANDRADE

CONFERENCE BISHOP

After serving as senior pastor of Christian Community of Worthington Church from 1996 to 2012, he moved to Minneapolis in pursuit of God’s calling to plant a new church. Rev. Andrade also serves as Bishop of the Across Conference of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church, which comprises 30 Hispanic and African churches. He travels around the United States and Mexico, teaching leaders about the importance of church planting as the best tool for evangelization.

MIGUEL SIFUENTES

BISHOP'S ASSISTANT

Pastor Miguel Graduated from the Holy Trinity Bible Institute in Mexico City and the Kirios Seminary in Missiology. He has 35 years of pastoral ministry in Mexico and the USA. He currently serves as the general pastor at Casa de Rey Church in Minneapolis, MN. USA

GERóNIMO OROZCO

CONFERENCE SECRETARY/TREASURER

Geronimo Orozco has a B.S. in Management from Southwest MN State University and works at the General Mills Headquarters in Minneapolis, MN. He has worked under pastor Hector Andrade's leadership for the last 12 years.

HÉCTOR BETANCE

CREDENTIALING

Hector has worked as a middle and high school teacher and Spanish interpreter for clinics and hospitals. He holds a bachelor's degree in Theology. Hector currently works as the Communications Coordinator for the Evangelism department of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church in Oklahoma.
